Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Food manufacturing or high-speed packaging experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 1st shift packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, production, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise approximately 27–28 production associates across multiple packaging lines.
• Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and food quality throughout the operation.
