Zusammenfassung

Hillman is seeking a hands-on Manager, Finance to lead finance, FP&A and accounting operations for our business unit in Tyler, TX. You will head budgeting, forecasting, product costing, pricing and profitability analyses, and oversee AR, AP, general ledger, tax compliance and audits.

You will manage a small team (3–4) and serve as the link between the unit and Corporate Finance, ensuring reporting, controls and financial priorities stay aligned.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with FP&A exposure.
• CPA designation is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Lead the annual budget and rolling forecasts; manage forecasts and re-forecasts.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership.
• Build/maintain financial models for planning, pricing decisions and ROI.
• Analyze revenue, margin and Opex trends to surface risks/opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders on department budgets and KPI tracking.
• Support long-range planning with scenario analysis and sensitivity tests.
• Prepare board/executive reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through data-driven analysis.
