Job summary

Custom Truck One Source in Union Grove, WI is seeking a Finals Assembly Technician. You will join the Finals Assembly Team to support production, ensuring CTOS equipment is ready for delivery and working cooperatively with team members to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Role requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate hand and power tools. Shift is Monday–Friday, 5am–3:30pm, with responsibilities across assembly and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and use hand/power tools.
• Willingness to enter data into computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction of CTOS Leadership.
• Provide high level customer products/service and support for internal and external customers.
• Read work orders and perform tasks with efficiency and CTOS standards.
• Move trucks in and out of the shop.
• Communicate with Finals lead to obtain needed parts and document work performed.
• Maintain shop and personal equipment as required to complete repairs or inspections.
• Ensure trucks and equipment are kept clean.
• Follow all safety regulations and attend training classes.
• Collaborate with all departments in harmony.
