Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield is seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to own the post‑sale work across our kitchen and bathroom brands. You’ll run the production schedule, lead five in‑house technicians, and guide field crews to keep homeowners confident from day one to final walkthrough.

You’ll direct crews and subcontractors, handle permits and documentation, resolve on‑site issues, and keep projects on schedule, with a clear path to a Director of Operations as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running residential remodeling production in leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on cabinetry and finish carpentry skills across kitchen and bath.
• Able to read plans, layouts, and cabinet specifications.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen technicians and bath crew—five direct reports.
• Own the install calendar and three-week look-ahead; manage subcontractors.
• Resolve fabrication, layout, and field‑condition issues on site.
• Serve as homeowner’s point of contact from start to punch completion.
• Identify permits, document daily logs, and drive punch items to zero.
