Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bloomfield is hiring a Production Manager to lead project execution across our kitchen and bath divisions. This role focuses on organized sites, structured systems, and clear growth, with a direct path to Director of Operations as we scale.

You will manage 5–6 in-house technicians, own the install calendar in JobTread, and ensure on-site materials availability. The position offers steady volume and a route to progression within a growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running residential remodeling as a Production Manager, Project Manager, or Lead Foreman.
• Hands-on skill in cabinetry, cabinet refacing, and finish carpentry, plus bath trades knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and cabinet spec packages.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using job management apps (JobTread, CompanyCam).
• Valid NJ driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor 5 to 6 in-house kitchen/bath technicians and set quality standards.
• Own the master install calendar in JobTread and maintain a rolling 3-week look-ahead.
• Verify all materials are on-site before work starts and resolve field issues.
• Lead cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, finish carpentry, and full bathroom remodels.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide daily progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership: Direct and mentor 5 to 6 in-house kitchen/bath technicians. Set quality standards across cabinetry, finish carpentry, and bath trades.
• Production Scheduling: Own the master install calendar in JobTread. Maintain a rolling 3-week look-ahead schedule for crews and sub-trades. Verify all materials are on-site before work starts.
• Technical Execution: Resolve layout, fabrication, and structural field issues. Execute cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, finish carpentry, and full bathroom remodels (tile, plumbing, waterproofing).
• Client Experience: Serve as the primary client point of contact from start to finish. Provide daily progress updates to homeowners on active jobs.
• Documentation & Closeout: Maintain daily logs in JobTread and CompanyCam. Drive punch lists to zero rapidly to ensure prompt project closeouts.

Qualifications
