Job summary

CHS Inc. is hiring a Feed Mill Operator for Edgeley, ND to operate feed mill equipment, support daily production, and maintain safe, efficient operations. No direct feed mill experience required; on-the-job training is provided and you will join a team that supports agriculture and animal nutrition goals.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, with opportunities for overtime during peak seasons. A $2,500 hiring bonus is offered to eligible applicants, and CHS provides a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing and/ or agriculture environments.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting systems) and ensure product quality and safety.
• Monitor equipment, record parameters, and adjust machinery to meet specs and targets.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain housekeeping, sanitation schedule and area appearance.
• Handle feed ingredients and manage loadout and delivery.
