Job summary

All Jobs in Minnesota is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined maintenance helper for our egg production farm. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, operate equipment, and assist with keeping barns running safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires good mechanical aptitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Training is provided for forklift and safety procedures; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on farm equipment and barn systems.
• Inspect and maintain feed, egg collection, and conveyor systems.
• Operate and monitor manure handling equipment.
• Assist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Help maintain ventilation, water, lighting, and other barn equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (training provided).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns.
• Complete maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
