This full-time role covers grounds, building maintenance, product assembly, and showroom support, with local deliveries only and a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance or related trades.
• Ability to operate a pickup and trailer.
• Valid driver's license.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Grounds & Building Maintenance: Keep entryways, walkways, and grounds safe and maintained.
• Product Assembly & Delivery: Assemble patio furniture, grills, and similar products to specs; load and deliver to customer locations; complete delivery paperwork.
• Showroom & Sample Room Support: Maintain showroom and sample room organization; notify when stock runs low.
• Recycling & Operational Support: Operate cardboard compactor and manage the recycling; support yard and warehouse operations.
