Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
• 3-5 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facilities support for the operation, including maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Carry out specific tasks as directed by the work order system or supervisor.
• Assist with general office moves and conference room setup requests.
• Provide painting, patching walls, light carpentry, hanging items, sheet rock work and masonry repairs.
• Provide plumbing support such as changing faucets and working on toilets.
• Support electrical work conducted by staff electricians and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Complete regularly scheduled Facility PMs and maintain doors, docks and equipment.
• Assist with breakdown calls related to electric or pneumatic hoists and coordinate with contractors.
