The ideal candidate has 2+ years in facility maintenance, strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing domains, and familiarity with maintenance documentation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine corrective actions.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read basic equipment manuals, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Basic computer skills for completing electronic work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while escalating safety-critical issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building issues.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify potential failures before downtime occurs.
• Perform basic electrical repairs (lighting, switches, outlets, motors).
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, drains, piping).
• Assist with installation, relocation, and modification of equipment and workstations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO and PPE.
