Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team across all shifts, ensuring safe, efficient operation of the distribution campus. You will perform hands-on repairs, oversee PMs, and coordinate with outside vendors to maintain peak reliability.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance, a HS diploma, and forklift certification. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and operational excellence within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a distribution or industrial environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with standard maintenance practices and procedures.
• Certified on pallet jack, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts (or willing to become certified).

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work across all shifts to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance associates, promoting skill development and accountability.
• Step in to perform the duties of the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Coordinator as needed.
• Serve as a working supervisor, performing mechanical repairs and maintenance when required.
• Complete maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance (PMs), documenting all work accurately in the CMMS system.
• Audit PMs and work orders to ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Administer lockout/tagout procedures and issue welding permits.
• Support fire safety programs and follow up on corrective actions to ensure XL GAP compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside vendors.
