Job summary

The Maggiore Group Corporate Office is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day upkeep of restaurant locations and the warehouse, perform routine repairs, and manage the transport of supplies between the warehouse and each site.

You will coordinate licensed tradesmen, supervise contractor work, maintain safety compliance, document repairs, and respond to urgent maintenance needs, representing the company professionally with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and coordination with external vendors.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs across locations (fixtures, plumbing, electrical, doors, small equipment).
• Transport supplies and equipment between warehouse and restaurants; manage deliveries.
• Coordinate and supervise licensed tradesmen for major repairs and installations.
• Document repairs, track issues, and maintain safety and compliance records.
