Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety leader by following all safety procedures and promoting a safety‑first culture.
• Operate Coater or Blown Film machines when qualified and as needed to cover absences or vacations.
• Order and maintain resin box inventory to ensure a steady supply for extrusion lines.
• Package mill rolls and manage scrap materials efficiently.
• Perform routine housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support 5S and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, including cross‑training and flexible work assignments.
• Understand and support product safety requirements.
