A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of hands-on design and project leadership are required or equivalent experience. Prior experience with mobile equipment controls is a strong plus; on-site role with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with electrical design, troubleshooting, testing, and integration.
• Experience leading multiple projects or teams; formal people-management preferred but not required.
• Ability to create and review electrical schematics and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small engineering team across electrical, software and mobile-control systems.
• Remain hands-on in design, troubleshooting, testing, and integration of low-voltage DC control systems.
• Lead projects from customer requirements through documentation, testing, and production readiness.
• Review electrical schematics, drawings, and system designs for accuracy, quality, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, vendors and production to solve technical problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Help improve engineering processes, project execution, quality, and team capability.
