The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, and promote ownership and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Distributed systems and API experience.
• CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and security practices.
• System design and architecture experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage and mentor a team of 5-8 software engineers.

• Support team engagement and performance management.
