Job summary

Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a Production Test Technician on the 2nd shift with our client located in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on applying basic mechanical and electrical knowledge to monitor, adjust, and test production processes alongside Senior Technicians.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and reporting, with emphasis on 5S, safety, calibration, and high-quality standards to ensure top-tier performance in a high-voltage, LN2

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on electronics production testing or assembly experience.
• Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent electronics schooling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, circuit boards, processors, chips, computer hardware/software, and industrial control/data acquisition software (e.g., HiPot).
• Experience with manual soldering and hand tools.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot less complex assemblies and final systems.
• Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to assemble electronics units.
• Prepare reports summarizing testing findings and data.
• Maintain a safe, calibrated work environment following 5S practices.
