The role requires sharp attention to detail, hands-on aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Ability to read and follow schematics, drawings, procedures.
• Proficiency with Windows PC word processing and spreadsheets.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Hands-on problem solving with equipment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
• Enjoys working with hands and teamwork.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Safety-conscious and quality-minded.

Responsibilities

• Follows shop safety requirements and policies.
• Configures, calibrates, and verifies equipment during production.
• Performs functional and mechanical checkouts as needed.
• Completes production paperwork accurately.
• Supports Engineering and Test development as needed.
• Supports improvement of Test equipment and procedures.
• Communicates challenges with management and teammates.
• Develops and trains other team members.
