Job summary

Advanced Mission Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of SSAI, seeks an Electronics Manufacturing Apprentice to begin a career in electronics manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in a professional production environment.

No prior electronics manufacturing experience is required; we are looking for someone eager to learn, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to develop technical skills for a future in electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing, or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both in a team and individually

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and testing of PCBs and electronic systems
• Work with engineering and production teams to support daily manufacturing operations
• Help develop and improve SOPs for manufacturing processes
• Conduct basic troubleshooting on electronic assemblies and components
• Maintain accurate documentation for production activities, test results, and quality checks
• Support inventory management of components and materials used in production
• Participate in lean manufacturing or 5S continuous improvement initiatives
