Job summary

Aerotek seeks an Manufacturing Assembler – Electromechanical Products to join a modern manufacturing facility in Oregon. You will assemble electromechanical components, follow detailed work instructions, and use hand tools and soldering techniques.

After training, you’ll perform with minimal supervision and contribute to meeting production targets while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role emphasizes high craftsmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork in a startup-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Proven assembly skills with small parts
• Able to follow written work instructions
• Experience with small parts assembly or soldering
• Skilled with basic hand tools for mechanical/electromechanical assembly
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work with minimal supervision after training and meet production/quality targets
• Experience reading blueprints or schematics

Responsibilities

• Assemble electromechanical products using hand tools and equipment per detailed work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly of various small parts with high accuracy
• Follow written work instructions to ensure consistent product quality
• Conduct basic testing of assembled components and products using appropriate tools
• Use soldering techniques to assemble or connect small parts and electrical components
• Interpret blueprints/schematics for assembly and testing tasks
• Maintain an organized and clean work area and workstation
• Meet production rates and deadlines while upholding quality standards
• Work with minimal supervision after training and take ownership of tasks
• Collaborate with coworkers with a positive attitude and teamwork
• Identify and report issues with parts, tools, or processes for continuous improvement
