Job summary

System One is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for an onsite role in Perkasie, PA. This contract position offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a stable, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of assembly or related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a mechanically inclined mindset with strong attention to detail. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-3 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work.
• Mechanically inclined; enjoys building, fixing, or working with tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools (screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and reliability; team oriented.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of products using hand tools and basic equipment.
• Assist in building control panels, enclosures, and small wired assemblies.
• Follow step-by-step instructions, SOPs, and assembly drawings.
• Support basic wiring, crimping, and component installation.
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
