Job summary

LeeSar and Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Distribution Lead to manage daily distribution operations in our Distribution Center. You will lead by example, supervise during PTO, and drive safety, accuracy, and team performance in a fast-paced healthcare supplies environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating tasks, onboarding new staff, and collaborating with receiving, inventory control, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of distribution center experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English for work-related communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and supply chain management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution operations and delegate tasks to ensure safety, accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as supervisor during PTO or absence of the Shift Supervisor.
• Lead daily huddles and promote engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Oversee Receiving & Inventory Control and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments, backorders and vendor returns as needed.
