Job summary

LeeSar/CSF in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated Material Handler for our Distribution team to receive, store, pick, and deliver medical supplies with accuracy and safety.

You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a clean warehouse, maintain inventory integrity with barcode systems, and support daily operations while following safety protocols to meet patient-care needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a box truck.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical for safe work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistive devices.
• Push/pull over 500 lbs with carts/pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated, reliable Material Handler to join our Distribution team and help us deliver medical supplies that directly support patient care.

The Role

In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, and delivering medical products and supplies to our healthcare partners. You’ll work in a clean, organized warehouse setting, using material handling equipment and technology to ensure accuracy, speed, and safety.

You won’t just move boxes—you’ll move the entire healthcare system forward.

The Hours

Monday -Friday- Four-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00AM to 3:00PM for a total of 20 hours a Week.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and pick medical products with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and professionally
• Maintain inventory integrity using barcode scanning systems
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
• Deliver supplies to appropriate locations within the warehouse or loading zones
• Follow safety protocols and assist with maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations and special projects

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• HS Diploma or equivalent. Verifiable work experience which confirms the ability to read, write, and understand English and to perform basic math functions may be substituted.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required to operate a box truck.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical to ensure the work can be done safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with use of assistive devices.
• Ability to push/pull over 500 lbs. with assistance from carts/manual pallet jacks.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Forklift, motorized pallet jack experience preferred with in-house training and certification required upon hire.
