Superior Environmental Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Disassembly Technician in Sidney, OH. This full-time, Monday–Friday role involves using hand and power tools to dismantle automotive components, sort and stage materials, and ensure safety and quality in a production setting.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing or mechanical environments are encouraged. The position offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits, with weekly pay and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• This role involves hands-on disassembly using hand and power tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or mechanical environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble automotive components according to procedures and production requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and other shop equipment to complete teardown.
• Sort, label, and stage components; manage fluids and waste per procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and ensure accurate disassembly per work instructions.
• Meet daily KPIs and quality standards; operate lifting devices when moving parts.
• Report damaged tools and equipment; collaborate with other production areas.
