Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a dependable Disassembly Technician in Sidney, OH. This full-time role uses hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to disassemble automotive components and sort materials for reuse or scrap.

You will work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with a sign-on bonus and weekly pay. SES provides benefits after 30 days, a 401(k) with company match after 90 days, and PPE training.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools, power tools, and general shop equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and production standards.
• Reliability and consistent attendance in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble automotive components using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Sort and stage reusable and scrap materials per procedures.
• Label and organize components for further processing and QA.
