Job summary

Texas Instruments in Sherman, TX is seeking an Execution Process Engineer to drive real-time improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume fab. The role focuses on data-driven dispositions, process discipline, and proactive quality assurance on the manufacturing floor.

You'll support operations, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering to implement new methods that boost yield and efficiency while maintaining tight process control. This position reports to the DAP PE Section manager at SMFAB.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing as a Process Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Flexible to adjust work schedule to align and interface with technicians (long term transition from 1st shift to A or C shift)

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations through timely, data-driven lot and equipment dispositions
• Support quality control processes and rapid-response containment protocols to maintain tight process control
• Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
• Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment-related sources and communicate findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner
• Provide direct, on-shift support to manufacturing operations to sustain output and resolve issues in real time
• Participate in data analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment and process issues quickly, minimizing production impact
