Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an energetic Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our DAP PE Section at SMFAB. You will help drive continual improvement of manufacturing procedures and processes in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab producing Analog Technologies.

You will support operations, qualify tool and process releases, and develop methods that increase efficiency, yield, and quality. You’ll lead improvement plans, perform data analysis, and communicate findings to engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and process optimization.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support manufacturing operations in a ramping-fab environment.
  • Qualify tool and process releases to ensure capacity.
  • Develop and implement methods to improve efficiencies, yields, and quality.
  • Lead improvement projects including cost reduction and product support.
  • Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain flow and reduce cycle time.
  • Identify and communicate process or equipment issues to engineering.
  • Contribute to data analysis and problem resolution.
