Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering experience
• 4+ years of Snowflake experience
• 4+ years of dbt experience
• 4+ years of Python development experience
• 4+ years of AWS experience
• Experience building data warehouses, data marts, and production‑grade data pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best‑practice sharing.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics‑ready datasets using Snowflake, dbt, Python, SQL, and AWS.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions.
• Support modernizing CPI’s data platform and migrations from legacy SQL Server/SSIS to Snowflake.
• Design and build data marts using dimensional modeling for reporting, BI, and analytics.
• Implement data quality checks, testing, monitoring, and deployment automation across pipelines.
