Job summary

Montana Food Bank Network seeks a Chief Technology & Information Officer to lead technology operations, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, AI, and automation. This is a hands-on, build-and-run role, not a large staff oversight, focused on creating a secure, integrated tech environment built for the organization's future.

The CTIO will be the primary internal technology resource, comfortable troubleshooting, training staff, and supporting users with varying levels of tech proficiency as MFBN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, cybersecurity, business technology, or a related field.
• Six or more years of progressive experience in a similar position and/or performing similar tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations, cybersecurity, AI, automation, and integration.
• Build and run the technology environment with a hands-on approach.
• Assess systems, establish standards, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot user issues and support employees directly.
• Manage external technology partners and vendor relationships.
