FilterPro USA, LLC is seeking a hands-on Controller / Shared Services Lead to own financial operations and drive system improvements. You will tighten close processes, improve reporting, and strengthen internal controls across entities.

The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented finance leader comfortable working across departments in a growing company. You will partner with leadership to deliver clear financial insights and cost visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting or finance, controller or similar role.
• Experience with multi-entity or growing businesses.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
• Understanding of cost accounting and financial controls.
• Experience improving processes or systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financials across multiple entities.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and account integrity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow visibility.
• Assist with audit readiness and financial organization.
• Improve reporting accuracy and usability.
• Strengthen internal controls and approval processes.
• Ensure data is clean, consistent, and reliable.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve visibility into costs and profitability.
• Help identify areas of inefficiency or margin leakage.
• Support better decision-making through clear financial insights.
