The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and strong ERP system skills. This position offers a salary ranging from $130,000 to $140,000 along with various benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with 3+ years in a Controller role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/AR, payroll, inventory accounting, and cash management.
• Manage internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
