Qualifications

• Ten years in accounting with leadership experience.
• GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience.
• Experience producing and reporting to senior management.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting software (Dynamics GP/BC, Paycom).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and participate in daily multi-entity accounting operations.
• Review financial results across 60+ client locations for accuracy.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate general ledger and timely financial statements.
• Coach and supervise Accounts Payable, AR, and cash teams.
