Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and accurate financial reporting experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop accounting teams.
• Strong grasp of financial statements and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows.
• Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
• Partner with leadership to support business decision-making.
