Qualifications
3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance.
Experience in scaling private companies, venture-backed, or PE-backed environments is a plus.
CPA is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate financial statements.
Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR oversight.
Support budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting.
Provide financial data and analysis for strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and financial performance.
Skills
Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
Strong accounting and finance operations foundation
Ability to operate in a hands-on environment
Clear communication skills
Attention to detail
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
