Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in finance.
• Experience in scaling private companies, venture-backed, or PE-backed environments is a plus.
• CPA is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and deliver accurate financial statements.
• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR oversight.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Provide financial data and analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and financial performance.

Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller

Strong accounting and finance operations foundation
