Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a CI Tech to drive continuous improvement in the plant. The role involves hands-on project conception, development, deployment and sustainment with Kaizen event participation and facilitation.

Responsibilities include leading Six Sigma and safety teams, analyzing problems, auditing processes, documenting standard work, and training associates in the department. Strong communication and Lean expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of departmental manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to coach others and promote teamwork and positivity.
• Strong public speaking and training skills.
• Ability to interpret processes and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication; proficient software skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Six Sigma, Kaizen and safety teams/events.
• Define, measure and analyze problems; train to standard work.
• Audit production processes and implement corrective actions.
• Document processes and train others on standard work.
• Mentor associates and enforce safety and housekeeping rules.
