Responsibilities

• Assist in document setup and management.
• Attend project meetings and take minutes.
• Process bid lists and collect subcontractor pricing.
• Organise subcontractor descope meetings.
• Create subcontractor leveling and scope sheets.
• Support permitting processes with local authorities.
• Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Prepare closeout binders, including manuals and warranties.
• Utilise Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• Maintain a general understanding of construction industry practices.
