This in-person, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and opportunities to work across document handling, meetings, and subcontractor coordination. The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Interest in construction management and industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in document setup and management.
• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Process bid lists and collect subcontractor pricing and scope summaries.
• Organize and attend subcontractor descope meetings.
• Create subcontractor leveling and scope sheets.
• Support permitting processes with local cities and towns.
• Assist with owner and subcontractor change orders.
• Prepare closeout binders, including O&M manuals and warranties.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools efficiently.
• Maintain a general understanding of construction industry practices.
