Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is actively searching for a full-time Hands‑On Construction Foreman who can confidently lead, organize, troubleshoot, and work hands‑on alongside a crew in the Berks County, PA area. This position plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and according to company quality standards. In this role, you can expect to work a flexible schedule of between 45-55 hours per week.

As a Hands‑On Construction Foreman, you are the face of our company since you are consistently out in the field during each project. You thrive on being a dependable, solution‑focused leader who takes ownership of the performance of both yourself, your work and your team.
