Qualifications

• Experience managing self‑performing concrete operations.
• Background working for a concrete contractor or managing concrete scopes for a general contractor.
• Knowledge of project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, cost forecasting, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and close out concrete projects from handoff to final closeout.
• Oversee project costs, schedules, contracts, procurement, documentation, and change management.
• Coordinate with the superintendent to align field operations and staffing.
• Develop budgets, cost codes, procurement plans, and submittal logs.
• Track milestones, inspections, procurement, and documentation to keep work moving.
• Support timely communication and resolution of field questions with design teams and customers.
