Job summary

K2 Construction in Omaha, NE is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with concrete field experience to lead crews, plan projects, and manage costs and schedules from kickoff to completion. You will work with superintendents and foremen to ensure safe, profitable, productive, and high-quality work every day.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training or experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in concrete construction, plus a valid

• Construction field experience preferred but not required.
• Advanced understanding of concrete construction scheduling and cost control.
• Experience supervising crews and delivering quality work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate expenses, and lay out work.
• Understand project plans, specs, and schedules; review with crews.
• Inspect field conditions for problems and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contract plans and specs; address deficiencies.
• Track quantities and review for accuracy.
• Identify and correct safety hazards.
• Plan and coordinate purchasing of materials and equipment.
• Monitor quality and productivity; manage crew performance.
• Understand scheduling, material control, and man-hour performance.
• Produce quality work that meets plans and standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by owners.
