Job summary

Colorado Deck and Landscaping is seeking a dependable Concrete Formwork Fabricator / Shop Technician to join our team full-time, mainly in our shop constructing wall forms for concrete projects. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, can read drawings and measurements, and comfortable using hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, concrete formwork, fabrication, or related trade.
• Ability to read measurements, drawings, or instructions.
• Comfort with hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, modify, and prepare wall forms for concrete projects.
• Read measurements and drawings to fabricate forms accurately.
• Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
• Inspect forms for quality before shipment to jobsite.
• Repair and maintain reusable formwork.
• Organize materials and equipment for upcoming projects.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
• Perform other shop-related duties as needed.
