Job summary

CattleCrete is seeking a hands-on Working Foreman to lead concrete crews and stay actively involved in finishing work across Midwest projects. You will motivate a 5-15+ member crew, ensure equipment is maintained, enforce safety standards, and communicate with field leaders to keep projects moving.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, project coordination, and ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong concrete finishing experience is required.
• Proven leadership of crews (5-15+ members).
• Solid equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on active job sites and ensure progress.
• Finish concrete alongside your team and maintain quality standards.
• Manage daily operations and jobsite progress, safety, and reporting.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Serve as the key communicator between field and management.
