Qualifications

• 3–5 years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and planning.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations including subcontractor coordination and quality control.
• Run weekly subcontractor meetings and oversee inspections.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, and the design team.
