Job summary

S&S; Mechanical in St. George, UT is actively seeking a full-time Commercial Plumbing Apprentice to assist our experienced plumbers and foremen on commercial construction projects.

You will learn by doing and build a long-term career in the trades, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities include assisting with installations per blueprints, carrying materials and tools, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while following procedures and schedules.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning the plumbing trade.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a plumbing apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers and foremen with commercial plumbing installations.
• Learn to install plumbing systems according to blueprints and construction plans.
• Carry and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
• Assist with cutting, measuring, assembling, and installing piping systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
