Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Strong electrical construction knowledge.
• Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial electrical projects from turnover through closeout.
• Lead project turnover and strategy meetings with estimating and field leadership.
• Develop buyout packages and make purchasing recommendations.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews; visit active jobsites regularly.
• Maintain project schedules and plan manpower; manage multiple projects.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
