Job summary

Poseidon is seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to own and advance security across Poseidon and PIP Labs. You’ll manage cloud security, endpoints, and internal data infrastructure while partnering with distributed teams to implement practical, scalable protections.

You will automate security workflows, improve configurations, and contribute to secure software supply chains. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential to balance security with speed and usability.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in cloud security or security engineering.
• Experience with AWS IAM, logging, monitoring and secure configurations.
• Ability to automate security workflows via scripting or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day security operations across Poseidon and PIP Labs, including monitoring, incident response and remediation.
• Secure and administer AWS environments and improve cloud security posture.
• Automate recurring security workflows to scale controls across both organizations.
