Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• Interest in heavy highway, site development, and civil construction is essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with reports, documents, bids, and other project-related paperwork.
• Review plans, specs, drawings, and contract documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using estimating software.
• Collect and organize survey field notes and data.
• Support project scheduling and coordination efforts.
• Shadow construction management personnel to learn planning and execution.
