Job summary

You will read plans, supervise daily tasks, ensure safety, and coordinate with inspectors and engineers while maintaining quality and on-time delivery. OSHA 30 and related certifications are favorable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy highway or civil construction experience, with lead-hand or foreman exposure.
• Ability to read plans, cut sheets, and grade stakes; catch errors before rework.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with crews on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work of a crew of laborers/equipment operators and assign tasks.
• Hands-on foreman: operate equipment and perform production work as needed.
• Read plans and coordinate layout with surveyors/engineers to ensure accuracy.
