Coral Reef Partners is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations at the Hershey office. The role reports to the CEO and oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax coordination, cash flow management, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Experience supporting project-based organizations (construction/EPC/renewable energy).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with job costing and project accounting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, long-term financial plans.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital requirements.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting for leadership.
