Job summary

Coral Reef Partners is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial strategy and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax coordination, and internal controls to support growth.

This role balances executive leadership with hands-on financial execution, including project accounting, cash management, forecasting, and risk management for a growing EPC/solar-focused business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience (Controller/Director of Finance/CFO).
• Experience with project-based organizations such as construction, EPC, or renewables.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and general ledger activity.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital requirements.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting for leadership.
