Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial production equipment and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of batching, blending, conveying, bagging, PLC-controlled equipment, robotics.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and adjustments with safety focus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operate batching, blending, bagging, conveying, and robotic palletizing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
• Monitor and adjust production controls, PLCs, formulas, and equipment settings.
• Support inventory management and housekeeping of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Load/unload materials with forklifts and assist with daily production schedules.
